Sarah Edwards has volunteered in our Op Shop for 20 years. She began when she was pregnant with her first child and used to visit the shop regularly looking for baby clothing. Lorraine Miller, who oversaw the shop at that time, said she was there so regularly that she might as well work there and booked Sarah to start the following Wednesday.
According to Sarah, the best part of the job is the wonderful customers. The worst part is carrying out the Op Shop signs when the shop opens and closes.
