Electoral roll application
Nomination forms for wardens, parish council and nomination committee
The time line for preparing for our Annual General Meeting is:
• 5/10 – The parish electoral roll is open for revision. Nomination forms are available from our web site and, in printed form, from the church news stand.
• 12/10 – Notice of the AGM will be read at our morning service and pinned to the church notice board.
• 12/10 – Nomination forms for the election/appointment of 2 wardens, 2 parish council members and 2 nomination committee members are available from our web site, and in printed form, from the church news stand.
• 19/10 – The revised electoral roll will be published on the church notice boards.
• 22/10 – All reports are due to the church office as the reports will be printed on 23/10 for distribution on Sunday 26/10.
• 9/11 – From 11:30 am our AGM
