Once, some thought that trust in God was a sign of mental brokenness. Not anymore. The research has been done, and it has taught us that people with a practical trust in God are generally more robust and show better health outcomes across the board. This does not mean that Christians don’t suffer mental health problems. Of course we do. The question is, how do we trust God with this struggle? As part of our Reasons for Hope series, Peter Adam will be speaking on this topic at our 10 am Communion service this Sunday, 13/7. Please join us to learn how to better care for ourselves and the people we love and have responsibility for.
