We are learning how to grieve with hope this Sunday at our 10 a.m. communion service. Arriving at this point in the apostle Paul’s first letter to the Thessalonians is also poignant for our community as we grieve the death of our long-term parishioner, Peter Elliott. Let’s do as Paul asks us to and come together and comfort each other with the hope God has given us in Christ’s death, resurrection and stunning return.
